Pt 2
Sora felt like his legs would give out from under him at any moment. The pain was stifling the relief that Sora felt at seeing him. By the time he reached Riku it had felt like a century had gone by. "How did you know?" Sora asked in a barely composed voice.
"The run in we had in the hallway-" He said simply.
Somehow at this moment Sora's relief at seeing him was marred, he couldn't figure out what it was that he was picking up from Riku's gaze but it made him feel very concerned.
Something…something was off, in Riku's eyes.
"Riku?" He asked while reaching out his hand with a look of concern on his face.
Riku froze as Sora's warm and small hand touched the side of his face. He was completely taken off guard. He didn't try to hold it in place even though he wanted to-more than anything-and Sora didn't pull away, he just stared into Riku's eyes.
"Are you alright?" Sora asked as his tears finally spilt out over his eyelids. Riku was shocked by Sora's emotional swinging but kept his thoughts to himself as the small boy pulled away to examine his once forgotten tears.
A moment later Riku was forced to concentrate on him again, blinking away his confusion-as he heard the sound of small sniffling coming from Sora. "You know, I thought that soon I was going to be able to tell her, how I felt.
But then she just, she said-"
Sora was beginning to loose it.
"Come on, let's get inside" He said coldly as his defensive persona fell into place. Helping Sora was his main goal. It's something that he had always wanted….Sora's happiness; to support and be beside him. 'Isn't that why I haven't told him?' He thought to himself. It was because of this determination to want to stay by Sora's side that Riku kept himself-his true self-locked away from him. Sora just wiped his eye and hiccuped as he shook his head slightly, in agreement. Once he started crying he couldn't stop himself.
They walked into the living room and went straight to the couch but, the moment Sora sat down he was greeted by a little ball of fluff who jumped in his lap. "Mew?" The light orange puff ball meowed from his lap.
"Hi Simba." Sora sniffed as he patted the kitten's head.
"You'll have to tell me how you came up with that name some time..." Riku said after having locked the front door, he crossed the living room to the couch in record time. "Oh, it was Kiari's idea…see she was with me when I found him. When she looked at his fur she told me I should keep him because he was so pretty-and that's when she-she…she said I-" Sora's voice trembled and cracked until he was finally over come with emotion. Sora's tears began flowing freely as Riku put his arm around his shoulders.
"We were in third grade then…and that's when I really started-started to real…ize, how kind she really-eally was." He sobbed as he wiped his face.
"I'm sorry…I know I'm being-"
"Sora?" He interrupted.
"Yeah?"
"Just relax, you're my friend-" The word crushed him inside as well, "I'm here for you."
Sora huffed a little bit at that.
Riku didn't say anything else as Sora continued to cry while leaning into his side,
the kitten just purred itself to sleep as it curled up in Sora's lap.
…………
Waking up to a dark room Riku tried to shake off the groggy feeling that was threatening to pull him back into unconsciousness. He was not an easy riser. He sat up uncomfortably as his eyes adjusted to his surroundings. 'I was on my way out of class when I saw…Sora and then I followed him-' Riku's back track stopped short as he looked down at the heavy weight that was in his lap. He saw the spiky brown hair before he allowed his hand to run timidly through it.
It was soft and felt almost velvety, and it made him wonder what it would smell like. As these difficult thoughts went through his groggy mind Sora's small looking head suddenly turned up toward him, facing Riku his head had become more firmly planted in Riku's caress.
Feeling both tempted and scared he began tracing the features of the peaceful little boy as he slept, and then taken away almost as soon as it had begun the once tender moment was tainted as the sleeping face mumbled the word "Kairi" in a barely audible voice.
He with drew his hand immediately. Was he awake? Another sound of a soft sigh coming from the still pleasantly calm face had him way more comfortable. 'It seems even in his dreams she wins' he sighed as he realized that Kairi had always won out that race. She was, after all the only one really in the running.
A powerful feeling of annoyance came over Riku as he debated whether or not to wake him up. Realizing it really wasn't his fault Riku tried to feel content as he placed his hand back in Sora's light brown hair.
As he thought more and more about it he decided that he would play things by ear for a while longer.

The breeze rustled his spiky brown hair as he lay there listening to the waves wash up the beach and back again, he breathed in the salty air and closed his eyes glad to be able to relax for the day.

SoRiku - We Talked
"So how's everything going with you and Roxas?" Sora asked, as he and Axel wandered around the shopping mall, the brunet happily chewing on a piece of Christmas candy cane an unconvincing Santa was handing out to small children before Sora bound over to him with a huge grin and was given one of his own just so he would leave the poor guy alone.
"Everything's great," Axel said with a smile, and everything was, his boyfriend was perfect in every way, what more could he want. "I think I'm going to tell him soon," Axel added after a short pause, and the brunet beside him squeaked happily, bouncing as he walked.

SoraxRiku chapter 1 Truth or Dare
It was the early evening. Sora, who was lying on his bed, watched at the clock, that was showing the time: 20:06. He was thinking of all those things that had happened today. All the things he had done. The brunette blushed.
He had done casual things, like going to the islands with Kairi and Riku. They had ran around, chasing each other, splashed water on each other, laughing. They had ate sandwiches and played Truth or Dare. So much had happened. But there was something Sora couldnt be not thinking about.
Kairi had forced Riku to kiss Sora on the lips. The silvret had picked dare and well
